Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026
Template notice: These are starting-point terms. Have them reviewed by qualified legal counsel and tailored to your business before you rely on them in production.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the FiscAura website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FiscAura is an AI-native accounting platform for Indian businesses, including invoicing, bills, bank statement ingestion, GST and TDS features, and AI assistance ("Arth"). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

AI features and human approval

Arth and other AI features produce drafts and suggestions. They do not post entries or file returns on their own. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all output before it is posted to your books, sent to a customer, or filed with any authority. FiscAura is a tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload content you have no right to.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others.

Trial, fees, and billing

  • New accounts include a 14-day free trial.
  • Paid plans are billed as shown at sign-up. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back period on paid plans from the date of first payment.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FiscAura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
